This beloved boat was purchased from a sole owner, who since 1994 had logged less than 30 hours a year in summer waters. He maintained it annually in a heated indoor storage. Since the second owner purchased the boat and trailer in 2022 it has seen less than 10 hours in open water.  She sits ready at the Toronto Island Yacht Club. She has been tuned-up, holds a positive 2022 official survey and runs like a dream. But all boats need a captain, and the owner never learned the required navigation skills.
